  • HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING OF A REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS?

    Typically, processing a request for withdrawal of funds from the trading account takes from one to five business days and depends on the status of the client and of the banks.

  • WHY MY WITHDRAWAL WAS DECLINED?

    Request form for withdrawal is rejected for several reasons:

     

    • the lack of full verification of accounts, which includes a detailed list of copies of documents that confirm your identity;
    • the client was not provided to the processed signed copy of the request form;
    • technical problems or incorrect details that do not allow for the operation of the transfer of funds to the Bank or electronic account;
    • the volume of trade turnover does not reach the required level for withdraw profit.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL?

    While the application is in process and has not been confirmed, the client has the right to cancel it at any convenient moment.

  • HOW DO I REQUEST A WITHDRAWAL?

    To request a withdrawal from your trading account, you need to go to the personal Cabinet and open the "Payments" section. It will be provided with a list of systems that you can use to transfer their savings. After filling in the request form you can submit your application and track its processing status and subsequent confirmation from your personal account. After that the form will need to print and send to managers of the company iTrade for its final approval and direct money transfer.

  • WHAT YOU NEED TO GET BONUSES?

    To get the bonus, you must make a Deposit account in the amount of from 100 to 10,000 euros, after which a bonus system can be activated and will generate additional income from successful transactions, the turnover involving funds.

    Any Commission when you make a Deposit into the escrow account, provided only by banks or agents providing services of money transfer. The company iTrade is not responsible for the actions of other organizations and does not charge the Issuer any additional payments.

  • WHAT METHODS OF DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL ARE AVAILABLE IN iTrade?

    To make a Deposit or withdrawal of earned funds are used different methods, which are commonly available for use. To perform the operation, you can use:
